Every 3T product on this website bought from a 3T Cycling dealer is covered by the 3T Warranty. 3T products bought anywhere else don't have a 3T Warranty. For any clarification of this, please ask us your question here
The 3T Warranty guarantees to the original purchaser that 3T products are free of manufacturing defects, for a period of 2 years from purchase. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or products that have been modified.
Claims under the 3T Warranty are assessed by 3T. We will ask you to return the product to us, with a dated proof of purchase. If the product is defective, and is covered by Warranty, 3T will repair or replace it free of charge.
Dealers are not authorized to replace 3T products. We require our dealers to send 3T products that are the subject of a Warranty claim back to us for inspection. Only when we have inspected the product can we decide if we will replace or repair it under Warranty. 3T does not offer refunds.
Returns under Warranty
If you wish to make a Warranty claim, please return the 3T product to the dealer where you bought it, with your dated purchase invoice. If this is not possible, please ask us your question here
We will assign you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you get your RAN number, ship the product back to 3T, marking the RAN number clearly on the outside of the package. Please include your name and contact details, including email address, and your dated purchase invoice for the product. If you can, please also describe why you are returning it.
3T recommends you insure your package against damage or loss. 3T is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please remove all accessories before shipping. Defective 3T products that are replaced under Warranty are not returned and become the property of 3T.
Limitations of damages
3T’s liability for any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the defective product. 3T will not be liable, with respect to the products, under any contract or other legal form for any amount in excess of the purchase price for the defective product for any general, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
