The 3T product you buy is the lightest and best you can get, engineered for ultimate performance on our unique Intelligent Production Lifecycle.
It's the same whether you buy a new component from your dealer, or fitted as original equipment to a new bike. If it has the 3T badge, it's the same product as goes on the pro bikes.
Of course, these guys live in a very special world. If they have the misfortune to crash, the team techs swap out any damaged parts right away, no questions asked. And at the start of every season they get new bikes, sometimes even mid-season too.
Most amateurs are not so lucky. You pay for your own equipment. For that we thank you, as a 3T customer, for choosing the best over the merely very good. We recognize that equipping yourself with 3T is probably a big spend for many of you. A spend you expect to repay you full value throughout its service life.
We think that's right, and we designed 3T's Support to reflect this reality.
First off, our Warranty. This warrants that any 3T product you buy is free of manufacturing defects for two years. Warranty claims are handled by our authorized dealers, working closely with our service team in Italy. If that's not possible you can deal with our Customer Service team in Italy. As well as Italian, we speak English, Spanish, German, and Dutch.
Secondly, our Crash Replacement program. If you have the bad luck to crash, we think it's the least we can do to help you with the cost of replacing the broken parts. For 3 years from first purchase, we'll give you 30% off the cost of replacing parts that are crash-damaged beyond repair.
Thirdly, tech support. Our dealers are the front-line specialists to advise you on tech issues. But our engineering team is immersed in bike racing and intimately understand how their designs operate in the rough-and-tumble of the real world.
