Export Sales Manager
3T is looking for an export sales manager to sustain and accelerate our global growth.
The role reports directly to the chief executive and is based close to the city of Bergamo (30 km from Milano). You will be expected to travel the world to sustain and strengthen 3T's relationships with our customers in OEM and AM sectors.
You will be a key player in helping 3T realize its ambition to become the bicycle industry's leading component supplier, presenting 3T as the firm that brought Formula 1 engineering standards to cycling.
You will have a great deal of flexibility to demonstrate your flair and innovation as a sales professional, but be aware that this role is unsuitable for telecommuters.

Product Manager
3T is also looking for a product manager to drive new 3T products through to market.
In this role, reporting to the CEO, you will take ownership of all aspects of the ‘go-to-market’ process. You will be comfortable working with engineers, sales people, distributors and, of course, our customers.
You are methodical and can effectively prioritize tasks within your overall workload so as to deliver projects on time and satisfy all stakeholders.
It's likely you have several years experience as a product manager in the cycle industry. We would especially like to hear from individuals with a flair for brand management, such as the ability to visualize and deliver graphical materials.
